Gift Horse Online is owned and run by Nicole Ann Schifando who makes most of the products sold by Gift Horse from her farm in Tennessee.

Nicole also owns and runs Hunter Ridge Farm where she acts as barn manager, trainer and riding instructor. All of the products she sells on Gift Horse are regularly used in her barn on her own horses as well as on the horses of clients. Nicole is a firm believer in 'Natural Is Better' and regularly uses Aromatherapy, Herbal and Holistic methods to care for her horses mental and physical well being. Nicole has been riding, caring for and training horses for over 13 years and has done it all from Trail Riding to the 'A' Circuit. Gift Horse online is a home-based (or rather I should say farm-based) business. I personally handmake all of the products sold on Gift Horse at the time your order is placed. This guarentees that your horses treats and/or natural care products are fresh, your orders are customized to your specifications and you are satisfied with our company!

OUR HORSE TREATS
I custom make my horse treats when you place your order. I use all food quality ingredients unlike some companies who use a lower quality of ingredients for horse treats. These recipes are tested on all of my horses before they're added to our website! If my horses don't like them I don't post them to our page. We also offer great treat gift baskets...a sure favorite for the holiday seasons! As always be sure to check with your vet before feeding your horse any new treat or supplement! OUR HORSEY HUMAN GIFT LINE
Gift Horse offers a great variety of 'Horsey' themed gifts for you or the horse lover in your life! Seasonal products are added regularly and there are some classic favorites available year round. Some of our favorites? The 'Sore Muscle' soap which is great after a hard day of barn chores and/or riding. Also, our fleece blankets (printed with horse scenes of course) are great for curling up on the couch with a good horse book after a long day at the barn! Check out this area for yourself. OUR NATURAL HORSE CARE PRODUCTS
A lot of time and research went into each of these carefully handmade horse care products. This area of gift horse is a division of my other company, Natural Magik, which offers the finest natural bath, body and pet care products. Each of our soaps is pH balanced to make sure that it is non-irritating to the skin. A delicate balance of pure essential oils is used and each bar is a finely crafted herbal gift for your horse.
We offer two types of soap: glycerine based and cold-processed. Each specific soap is designed to help your horses coat shine and replace natural oils as well as helping to ward off germs and fungus. Each soap is an anti-bacterial and anti-fungal BUT not harsh to your horses skin! We also offer soaps to help clear up specific ailments such as rain rot, scrapes, cuts etc. Have a problem that you don't see a soap to cure? Have a special blend or favorite scent in mind? Ask and we'll customize one just for you at no extra charge!
Our natural hoof grease is made with all natural oils and essential oils and is specially designed to help ward off fungus and bacteria and keep your horses feet healthy but not too moist or soft like some hoof care products.
Gift Horses fly spray is by far the best natural spray out there! It wards off not only flies, but mostquitos and other annoying insects as well. Also, it smells great...not like a medicine cabinet or weed killer. Natural citronella and lavender are blended with other essential oils to make this wonderful fly spray. We find it attractive, bugs find it repulsive...what more could you ask for?
Gift Horse also offers natural aromatherapy blends for your horse and you! Horse refusing to load in the trailer? Is he acting spooky or hyper? Depressed or upset? We have just the blend for you! Having a problem and don't see a blend listed to help? Just ask...we'll customize one just for you!

OUR SADDLE PADS AND COOLERS
Gift Horse Online offers a huge selection of 100% Cotton saddle pads with a variety of themes and prints. Don't see something you want? Just ask and I will do my best to find and make it for you. We will also do saddle pads to match your stable colors and we offer the option of monograming to personalize them (See our Gift Horse Customizing page). I sew all of the saddle pads myself and I ensure that each one is padded correctly to give your horse a comfortable fit.
Need a cooler? We can make you a cooler sized to fit your specific horse! We use the finest quality polar fleece to ensure warmth and comfort! We also offer matching polo wraps for each cooler!
Need standing or polo wraps? We do those too! I can customize either one to your stable colors or to match your fleece cooler! Have a special request? I will do my best to fill it for you.

OUR PERSONALIZED HORSE VIDEOS
Recently Gift Horse added a new feature to our business. Personalized horse videos. It's a great service that makes a great gift for anyone! How does it work? You send us your horse themed pictures in one of four ways: Email, Snail mail on floppy disc, Snail mail on CD disc, or Snail mail of photo copied pictures. We then create a sort of 'slide show' to music (which you may select). These films are a great way to record your memories and showcase your unique partnership with your equine friend. Also a great service for breeding farms to showcase their stallions or offspring OR for trainers to showcase their progress with a specific horse. Email me for more information!

OUR CUSTOMIZING SERVICE
A wonderful service I offer to my customers is our customizing service. I can customize almost any horse item that you may have! I can monogram or embroider caps, t-shirts, sweat shirts, coolers, saddle pads, polo wraps, show shirts, and a number of other products! Ask me about details!
